Delivery Timeframes


At Lora Hair, we are committed to providing reliable service and efficient shipping. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that certain factors beyond our control may occasionally affect transit times.

Standard Shipping Process


  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Shipping Time: If your item is in stock at our primary warehouse, delivery within the United States typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Delays may occur in some circumstances.


At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.


Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


Handling Delays


We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating. If your order experiences a delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information whenever possible. Our team works closely with carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.


Commitment to Customer Satisfaction


Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Lora Hair. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team promptly so we can assist you.

Once a package has left our facility and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Lora Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

For added security, we encourage shipping to a safe and secure location. While we are happy to assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to the carrier’s policies.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

By placing an order with Lora Hair, you agree to this shipping policy. While we strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner, unforeseen delays may occur.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a denied chargeback. We are committed to working with you directly to address any concerns and ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.
